Michael Davidson
Director / Lawyer
Michael is the Director of the Practice and Lawyer. He grew up in Auckland and has ties to the Far North, through his father’s family.Michael graduated from Waikato University in 2014, with a Law Degree (First class Honours). He appears weekly at the District Court, in the Criminal Court and Family Court Jurisdictions. Clients regularly comment on his personal approach to the law and attention to detail.
In his spare time, he is a busy father looking after his twins (boy and girl). Michael is also involved in sports, playing tennis and rugby for local clubs. He also surfs at the local beaches.

Josh Griffiths
Lawyer
Originally from England, Josh moved to New Zealand with his family in 2006. He completed his schooling in Ruawai before moving to Dunedin. He obtained his law degree from the University of Otago in 2024. Josh is a recent addition to the team and is settling into life in the Far North. In his spare time he likes to travel, read and expand his cooking skills.

Jack Dudley
Lawyer
Before becoming a Lawyer Jack was in the New Zealand Police for over 20 years. His experience in the Police as a Senior Sergeant and Police Prosecutor is invaluable in his now role as a defence Lawyer. Jack has lived in Northland all of his life and works out of all four Northland based Courts. Jack loves to watch sports during his spare time.

Delanie is the practice Manager and a Registered Legal Executive. She has worked in the legal industry for over 15 years. Delanie is a valued team member and is a vital support staff for the lawyers. In her spare time, Delanie is involved in managing local sports team and is busy getting her Tamariki to their games on Saturday.

Mele Hemaloto
Legal Receptionist
Mele is fresh out of Northland College where she served her last year as head girl. Mele’s passions are playing rugby league, going to the beach and spending time with her family. Mele is the second youngest of 7 siblings.
Mele has worked for the firm since it opened in 2023 doing odd jobs but since her high school graduation has moved into the receptionist roll full time and in February will be starting her studies for her Legal Executive Diploma.

Ash (Ashley) Davidson - CEO
Ash recently arrived in the office but is a valued member of the firm already.
She enjoys sleeping under the coffee table or right next to your office chair. She loves a good snack and from time to time enjoys ripping something up to keep us on our toes.
